The size?launches app is a bespoke, custom built app designed to become your go-to destination for product releases and launches. Our launches app means you can be the first in line and get exclusive access to key trainer releases and unmissable draws. There is also the opportunity for you to sign up for a free size?access account for an upgraded experience with draw boosts, membership anniversary perks, events and more!

When you enter a draw via the size?launches app, a pre authorised payment is required for your entry. This will remain pending from your account for the duration of the draw and will only complete from your account if you are successful in the draw.

If you are unsuccessful in the draw, the pending charge is then automatically cancelled and no funds will be taken. The funds will then be returned back to your account by your bank, within 5 working days. As this is not a typical refund, the transaction may not show on your statement and the funds may just revert back into your available balance.

If you think that you haven't received the funds back within this time frame, please contact your bank directly to query this further.

Yes, simply go to account preferences on the size?lauches app and select 'Manage your draw entries'. The option to withdraw from the draw will be underneath any live draw entries.

Please note, once you have withdrawn your entry, your pre authorised payment can take 3-5 working days to appear in your account.

Yes you can return any unwanted items to us within 14 days of being received, providing these items are unused, in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached and in a resalable condition.
